Everything in our portfolio has been built, expanded or renovated under our own management: ground-up self-storage construction, new retail buildings and pad sites on West Main Road, roof and site work on the older centers, and dozens of tenant fit-outs for restaurants, salons, fitness studios, offices and service businesses.
For our tenants, that means a landlord who can actually deliver a space. We handle permitting with the Town of Middletown, coordinate the trades and get a unit ready to open on a schedule we both agreed to, rather than handing you a vanilla shell and a phone number. If your concept needs plumbing moved, a grease trap, extra power or a storefront change, we know what it costs and how long it takes because we have done it in these same buildings.
We also take on select work outside the portfolio when it fits: owners who want a partner to develop a storage facility or a small retail building on land they hold, or who want an experienced eye on a renovation budget before they sign a contract.
